Ok, so I said to my self I wouldn't start a build thread until I actually started building...But here I sit not doing anything fun so I decided I would post up anyway.

Ok, some of you may recognize me or my old B2.

Well I sold that A while ago on a whim, and dumped all that money in to my quad. Turns out I missed having a wheeler, so I sold my 2wd DD Dakota and purchased a stock 92 ranger.

So, My plans for this build are as such:
-HP d30, picking it up from a friend with 4.56's, detroit, and trussed
-Stangs d30 bolt on kit
-explorer 8.8 (regear to 4.56 and add a locker)
-64" leafs and shackles
-33" tires
-repaint and add some bedliner

Thats about it for now...It will be a slow process, I am starting my second job here shortly so I will be working 7days a week and have very little time to work on it, but updates will come. I just had to post up something and get things rolling.

Gotta start somewhere! What motor does it have? What trans, T-case are you gonna run?

It has a 4.0 with a 1354E. I'll keep the electric one until I find a manual one I can swap in.

Oh there ya go. How's that one been for reliability? Mine was horrible . I swapped it for a BW1350. Haven't had another issue since.

I had a 1354m in the bronco and beat that up and worked great. Haven't really used the one in the ranger yet.

I have a 1350m in my garage that I planed on doing a doubler for the bronco... It has sat in the corner for over a year or so.

Parts are starting to roll in, just waiting for my buddy to pull his axle. It's still under his jeep right now.

I am planning on painting my truck this weekend, depending in weather.

Shot a test piece at work to get the mix for the gun right. Here is what the color will be.

paint looks good! Are you painting it at syndyne? Any reason you went with the ranchos over something else (bilsteins)

Ranchos are cheaper for what is exactly the same shock.

And yeah painting it at work, we have a sata gun that sprays a 12" spray pattern and lays down the paint better then anything I have seen.
