won't start

My cousin barrowed my 92 , then he slamed it in a ditch and calvert. Destroyed the right side of the bed plus other damage, no it won't start.
I don't know if it has a fuel shut off if so I don't know where it is.any ide?

Passenger footwell, above the carpet line. Little black box with a white (or red) button on top. Push the button down, cycle the key five times (minimum) to pump up the fuel pressure before you try to start it.
When you cycle the key, you should hear the fuel pump run for a few seconds each time.
