I just replaced the top plate..bearing and synchronize-rs. Put the transmission back in and now the shifter wont move...what happened?

Yup I've screwed that up before, take the top plate off, reach in with a screw driver and set everything to neutral and make sure the top plate is in neutral when you put it back on.
