Won't idle

My 95 2.3 won't idle new iac,maf, plugs wires, egr, egr solenoid. Computer says running lean but at idle it is so rich it burns your eyes

sounds like a vacum leak,also check your O2sensor on your running rich problem.

new 02 hosed down the whole engine with starting fluid to check for vacuum leaks

title says wont idle, then you say it's extremely rich at idle. what exactly is it doing?

definately sounds like a vacuum leak you can take a piece of vacuum hose and put one end up to your ear and move the other end all around your gaskets and hoses be careful of moving parts. You will hear a hissing sound when you get close then you can pinpoint it. did you check the nuts holding the TB on might need a new gasket and check the egr good if you have one

it runs really rough at idle and will stall out cannot fing any vacuum leaks all egr parts are new

can you drive it? or is it not driveable? maybe check the fuel pressure. when was the last time you changed the filter?

it drives noticed something wierd today the truck is a five speed I was driving in gear and check engine light came on and the tach dropped a 1000 rpms just installed a cluster with a tach in it . As soon as i hit 2000 on the tach it runs great anything under that and it barely runs
