i have reports from Ford: the guys in service went on vaction and thought they had got a notice to everyone but missed me, they still need to do the references and such but i think i have a good shot still so il keep my hopes up

i have a meeting friday at 8am with a local well drilling company for a well driller helper position as well.

i will send letters this week for interview thanks.

I did that for a couple years....got plenty of exercise...just remember if you get that job---- bring a big lunch every day if you're not near a town!

I started my engineering internship at a local factory a month ago and i applied 3 months ago. I got in contact with the hiring staff and they requested my information, so I emailed it to them. Didnt hear anything for a couple weeks so I shot off a couple emails and waited a few days and never got anything back. So then some phone calls, and no one could help me. So then more emails to the people I knew there. Still no reply....

So I gave up. I continued working at the hardware store ide been at for almost 4 years and then one day (about 3 months later) I get a call "Hi, this is so and so, I just got your email......yada yada yada"

I was errked that it took so long and they were so unprofessional about it. But it was one of those situations where you just dont say anything. Besides, the internship doubled the income.

So keep on keeping on! You'll get some good luck!

well guys gave a nother call to check on the Ford job and the manager wants to get me in for a 2nd interview and the service manager wants another guy added to the staff as well, but they are on hold with the owner so more hurry up and wait.

no word from well place, have a few apps out other places as well.

so guys whats a 2nd interview all about? tips hints? advice?
