wiring power mirrors and locks

ok so i just got a pair of 06+ power mirrors and a pair of universal power locks.
im using the oem switches, but my truck has no power accesories. the power windows were custom installed.

so can anyone help me out with this? i need some advice as how to wire up the mirrors. they have 3 wires each., but a diagram showing what color does what and how the switch works would be great. im using a 99 switch.

also if someone could share a diagram of how to install the power locks. i know i need 2 relays to wire em to work on direct and reverse polarity.
also i would like to wire em so that when i open one door with the key the other door lock opens too.
i wont install a key less alarm for now, that will be later on the road.

The wires color are different from a 99 and a 2006. But the switchs are the same. I will scan you tomorrow both diagrams and sent it to you. Pretty easy to wire everything.


That's another story to activate both door locks with the keys. you will need at least 4 microswitchs to "sence" the movement of the keys. One lock, one unlock, both sides. It could be done, i'm not sure it's worth the hassle...

You will need to add a door lock switch as you dont have/want a remote.

Your oem switch should have 5 connectors or wire if you've got the terminal. the center one (3) goes to ground, (5) goes to lock, (1) to unluck. Wich year is your switch?

apparently my switches came from a 01 or 03 Ranger.

pink/light green (1)goes to unlock
black (3) goes to ground

I don't know if you give 2 shits or not RSH (you say an alarm is down the road), but this is what I did. I got one of the Ford alarms that dealers installed for something like 20-25 bucks on Ebay. Then I got 2 relays and 2 actuators. I was in it less than 50 bucks all together, and now I have an alarm and power door locks. This stuff below comes to about 70 dollars all together.
