wiring for heater blower from the switch

1990 bronco 2, the blower motor speed control switch has 2 wires, 12 awg heavy & 16 awg lite both blue/white. Where do the wires go from the switch? Is there a ground somewhere?

Typical Ford goes straight to the resistor block, then to the motor.
