Wiring diagram

I purchased the factory service manual for my 2000 B-series. A very thick binder! Lots of detailed info. I like detailed info.

But...

No wiring diagrams!?!?!?!?!?

There's pretty drawings of all the connectors -- including which colour wire goes in which hole. There's lots of diagnostic charts with instructions like "check the resistance between wire x and wire y". Even some helpful tips like "repair O/B wire".

But no bloody wiring diagrams. Not even a mention in the index. No "Wiring diagram", no "Power distribution", no "Electrical schematics" -- nothing.

The closest thing I found is one reference to "see 1999 B-series Wiring Diagram for schematic information". Well darned if I want to buy another factory manual just for a lousy wiring diagram that should have been included in this one in the first place! I looked in the tech library on this board but I only found snippets for certain sub-systems like the radio.

Does anyone know where there is a downloadable full wiring diagram for the 1999 B-series that I can print out and stick in my big fancy binder?

The diagrams aren't in the shop manuals, its a separate book called the EVTM (Electical and Vacuum Troubleshooting Manual)

UPDATE: I picked up the Ranger version of the wiring diagrams manual on eBay for a reasonable price. Should be the same thing from what I can tell so far.
