wiring diagram/horn issue/washer pump/ air bag light

hey guys i wanted to know if anyone has a copy of the wiring diagram going to the steering wheel?

1995 ford ranger xl extended cab 2.3 L
i ask because the horn wont work nor will the pump for the windshield washer fluid when you press it in.

i just bought truck and the previous owner had a push button set up for the pump and the horn but i would like it properly fixed...i put another steering colum/steering wheel/ignition in from a known good donor truck. but it still does not work...i changed the relay for the horn aswell. oh and i checked the fuse as well

oh and the air bag light is on...doesnt flash just on solid... any ideas

im going to grab a book on the truck but the store i have to go to isnt open till tuesday so if anyone could help before hand that would be great

well i decided to buy a subscription for alldatadiy.com as a bunch of people swear its 10 times better then the book...and i have to admit it is pretty good it told me where every connector is on the truck. which i have found out all of my issues are tied into 3 connectors...the connectors going into the firewall after a lot of testing i have found out there are about 12 dead connections..the male side of the connector is broken. so instead of screwing around trying to fix it im swapping wire harness's from one truck to another...it will take a bit to change but it will be one less thing to worry about
