If my wipers only work on high or ultra-high, what do you guys think the problem is? I tried the wiper/blinker lever but that wasn't it.

all relays should be under you hood int eh main dist block

i dont have a relay for my wipers under my hood. i heard the relay for it is under the dash somewere
