wiper governor or control module location

I searched but can't find any clear answers. I'm trying to find the wiper control module, also called an internal governor, on my 94 Ford Ranger. I've looked all under the dash and cannot seem to locate it. Does anyone have an illustration or picture of this thing?

It should be behind lower center of I/P, LH side of ashtray assembly.

The only thing I see there seems to be the Chimes module? Or is it up higher? If its higher up it seems like I'd have to remove the entire dash to get to it?

It's a little further back and to the left a little more. You should be able to get it without removing the dash.
