The perfect is the enemy of the good.
It works, but it takes a long time to come to the spray. Isn't there a check valve somewhere?
Interestingly the wipers don't come on until the spray starts so it's like it has a sensor for that (don't run wipers unless fluid is coming out) which seems very unlikely.
Not sure what's going on there.
 
Not on my 92. Ive replaced everything form the pump up to the sprayer. I don't know on the newer ones. but the older ones done, or at least mine doesn't.
 
Huh. Well it's not required for inspection afaik.
If I see a little check valve available I might put one in-line. Shouldn't hurt.
