One question:

1) What is a "pisser" the technical name for? The washer jet?

Maybe switch to one of the "eco-friendly" washer fluids. It won't stop the problem but it will stop it from eating the paint.

Sounds like the seals are gone in the washer fluid pump. maybe try replacing it.

pisser? I know a lot of auto slang. Not even remotely sure what a "pisser" is, except something that pisses you off.

My 91 does it also. Washer fluid out of nozzle when accel hard. I have not found a cure yet. Just living with it.

lol yes i already put a new pump in .and a new washer jet

probably a short in the wiring harness to the, ahem, pisser...I would check the wires...that age of truck they are usually pretty 'crispy'...like mine~

Hell put a checkvalve in since you replaced the pump and pissers!
