Window wont roll up clicks under dash?

ok guys my drivers side window was working fine and today i rolled the window all the way down for a couple hours and now it wont go back up...when i press the up direction nothing happens..when i press the down direction i can hear two clicks from under the dash...what does this mean? motor and regulator are both new..help guys. thanks.

find the window relays and switch them and see what happens..

i found the relay box under the dash where the click is coming from...not sure which relay is for the drivers door tho? anyone know?
