Winch bumper?? Help

On the TRS fab and off-road section they show a 93-97 tube winch bumper on the cover page. They say it's avalible this spring. I want one but my attempts to make the proper contact's has failed. Who can I talk to to get one of these? Will the Warn M8000 fit?

I got through to him not long ago. He will be having a limit on hand I know because he isnt sure if there gonna sell due to they have to be shipped so I know he said he was gonna try and just keep 1 on hand at all times and make em as there ordered I guess. Ive called dibs already so there . Wonder how the skid plate is gonna look with the bumper.
