I have a 3.0 and my tranny went out it was s 5sd,( someone replaced it from a auto) I found a automatic for a 4.0 would this work on a 3.0 ? its a a4ld tranny

No it won't work.
the 2.8, 2.9 and 4.0L all share the same bellhousing bolt pattern.
The 3.0L has its own bolt pattern.
