I've got a 94 ext cab ranger. 4x4. 4.0L V6 from a 92 ranger.

If I put on a 3 inch body lift can I run 33x10.50x15 tires?

Will they fit. Is this too much strain on the engine, axels, driveshaft, etc.?

Thanks in advance

What gears does it have?

You should be able to clear 33's. If you are going to be doing mild to moderate wheeling, your equipment will hold up just fine. The biggest issue is your gears. If you have too low of a ratio, you will have no power.

It has the stock gears. Is that good enough?

Look on the side of the drivers door, there is a sticker. On there will be a number and possibly a letter above the axle code. That will tell you what gears you have. Rangers came with 3.27, 3.45, 3.73, and 4.10 and maybe 4.56. Use those numbers along with this to figure out what gears you have and whether or not it is limited slip.
