will body parts fit from a 95 mazda b3000 to a 97 ford ranger

i have a 95 mazda b3000 will the body parts from that fit on a 97 ford ranger? they both are 4 wheel drive and both extended cab.

only parts u can use are doors and tailgate
the front fenders are diferent. the rear wheel wells are diferent too, u could use the bed and cover the wheel well diference with fender flares tho.
i believe the hood wouldnt match the lines, but u could try it.

if it helps when i had a 94 mazda b2300 it needed a new fender and door when i ordered them i got 95 ranger door and fender

sold a pair of 94 ranger fenders to a guy with a 95 mazda & he installed them that day in my driveway. The body lines looked to match up to me

trhe wheel well lines is what i mean.
besides the little piece under the ranger turn light, the mazda doesnt have it.
