I dunno man. I have bought/sold several vehicles in person to person transactions here in PA. The title has always gone with the car. You kinda need it for registration and insurance under PA law, but we are a commonwealth, so we do have some screwy laws.
yes ...... the title goes with the car. the buyer transfers the title. the buyer does not always transfer the title and just drives around in an unregistered car (as is apparent in this case) ........ why should the registered owner (seller) of the car be penalized because the buyer (new current owner) broke the law.
(how does anybody not get this?)
