Why would my truck have no voltage at all 3 sensors?

I checked all the 15 amp fuses, all good and I cleaned them anyways. Still no change. I have no codes though. Also all my fuel trims say -100%. Is this because of the no voltage at the o2s? This is my friends ranger btw!
