They won't swivel, it picks up the other side, only way it really moved is when the tact welds let go on one side.

Also having issues making my coil tower and trac bar bracket fit in the same place.

Probably bad joints. My buddy's RC long arm kit for his Jeep did the same thing, he called them up and they sent him new radius arms which swiveled properly.

Can you move them by hand? Check out my build thread. I had some close quarters with my trac bar, tie rod and pitman arm. I came up with a solution and everything clears. The one thing you have to remember is that it is rare both sides will be compressed like that. Most of the time it is one or the other. Let's see some more build pics. It looks like you are moving along nice!

They felt fine, but I'll check them later today.

And it doesn't have the steering or trac bar on yet.

Radius arms naturally want to move both sides like that it is normal. If you want to flex it, you can install 1 spring and cycle the other side.

If I push down on the opposite side of the jack, it will lift the bronco off the jack stand on the side with the jack.

Is there a motor in it or are you really heavy? Haha. Radius arms naturally have some bind in them. This causes them to handle great even with no sway bar. The longer they are, the less bind they have. This is also why some wrist a shorter arm. Anyway, short of some seized up heims, you may need to some tension on one side (a coil or a bottle jack) and Jack the other side up with the Jack to see articulation. When I was building mine I used a coil on one side and a Jack on the other.

A trac bar mounted up will help this too. I imagine right now when you try to cycle it as soon as tension starts it tries to spit the axle out one side or the other- or spit the truck off one side or the other

The heims move freely, I'll have to weld the brackets up better to test it with a coil. It actually doesn't really move side to side without a trac bar.
