that does bring up a good point though. Ford needs to do something about a 4.0L V6 that gets worse mileage than a more powerful V8.

I use my 2.3 ranger so I dont have to drive a car i use my diesel ram 2500 when I need TRUCK and I use my kawasaki concours when I want to go fast Now if we could get ford to put in the 3.0 diesel witha 5 speed in 4x4 for us to buy in the us I would be 1st in line randy

I drive a ranger bc it's perfectly capable of everything I need out of it, not to mention, I want a decent looking truck with good gas mileage. I had a lifted 85 f150 with the straight 6 and granny gear 4 speed. gas mileage sucked and never needed all that pulling power. Not to mention, it seems like the rangers more fun to piddle with when I'm bored
