lol time for a 351? not that it couldn't be fixed I guess, but there are times when it's time to throw in the towel. Another Gen 1 truck is going to be cheaper than trying to replace the all the burnt bits and pieces, that thing is toast.

Well, I do admire your sense of humor in the face of adversity...

Just a little charred but probably still workable...not sure if you could stress test the frame after that scorching heat hit it but I would think if they tempered the steel it would survive a minor gasoline fire...temperatures probably didn't hit 1750* where the steel is usually anodized at...but it probably came pretty close...but been a long time since I read anything on it...

The frame is probably ok, heat rises. I would question the front clip/cab more though.

Heat is also conducted and radiated...so, uh, yea. The frame would still be quite a bit hot.
