02 explorer trans has gone out its a 5r55w could I use 01 ranger trans or ? why me
I have an 02 ford explorer 4x2 the trans has gone out again it is a 5r55w could I use one that ends in s or n ? I i also have a trans out of a 2001 ranger would it be possible to use it if i changed the bell housing ? could i take trans from a mustang???? ps the explorer belongs to my sister and Ive told her to keep the trans serviced.
