why cant i find it?

i have been searching all over for a brush/bull bar for my 93 4x4 ranger splash.i cannot find anything for that year,is it because of the first year for that body style?if anyone has any info as to where i can find one please let me know....thanks

Check Ebay, Bro. You can also check JC Whitney as well. Grizzly (sp) makes them but I think they are now out of business but not sure. I have seen several 93-99 Rangers with brush guards so I know they are out there in cyberland!!!!!! Check your local 4x4 shop or buy one that you can adapt to your Ranger!!!

i checked out the websites you listed and sure enough it will NOT fit the splash model.that is the issue i keep having is nobody makes one to fit the splash...has anyone bought one and modified it to fit a splash?

Isn't the Splash bumper a regular bumper painted to match the truck?

i dont know what the difference is with the splash,it does have a painted bumper to match the truck..

A new "Splash" model was introduced, which had a flare side bed, unique chrome wheels, 1 inch (25 mm) lowered rear suspension and a 2 inch lowered front suspension (on 4x2 models), and special vinyl "Splash" decals on the sides and the tailgate.

According to Wikipedia (I know, not always a valid source), the Splash trim didn't change anything on the front end body.

You should be fine with any kind of guard for a 93-97 Ranger.
