I have literally been baking them on and off for an hour and a half at 250 degrees and they are no closer to coming off than when I started. Any tips to actually getting them apart?

Pry hard but be gentle to not actually crack anything. Separating headlights absolutely SUCKS. Mine took forever just be patient and you can do it without damaging them. Use 3 or 4 small screwdrivers to work your way around the seal. Before putting them back in remove any glue from spots you get apart or it will just re adhere. I honestly will never do it again even with how much I love my projectors. (I assume you're doing something similar) Good luck!

I am taking them apart so I can paint them, if I knew it was gonna be this much of a hassle I would have just bought ones that are already done.

Have you tried a heat gun and doing it little by little?

And this is why I bought mine.

Sent from the front seat of my Ranger while sitting in traffic.

I got the one apart, now I just need to do the other one and remove the left behind adhesive.
