And on top of that, I tried seafoam "trans tune" crap and totally screwed my transmission. Now it slams into 2nd and 3rd gear so bad and I dont have the first clue about transmissions. urg.

I read some dude used vineger and it worked awesome. I'm pretty sure it's completely ****ed now because it stalls and hesitates so bad it's not even funny and getting code p0102 circuit low input. And the transmission that's gonna be a whole new ball park, probably will need new seals and/or valve body gasket. Just so freakn pissed

yeah maybe the MAF is damaged, thats why u shouldnt use any stuff like that, not even carbo-clean. maybe replacing the tranny oil?

Try cleaning your MAF again with a contact cleaner that doesn't leave a residue behind. You probably have baked on vineger on the wires.

Electrical contact cleaner, carb-medic or brake cleaner only on MAF's....

As for the trans, drop the pan, change the filter and put new fluid in, see how it is then.

im sure the trans is fine, drain the fluid, refill, and itll be right as rain... the seafoam trans service shit does alright, but its only a temp fix and ive NEVER heard a legitimate story of it ****ing someones trans up more thne it already was

I've used vinegar on the maf, it worked good, I soaked it for a couple hours, no probs.

I think elect contact cleaner would be the best though
