Who want's a "Plastic" 2.3??

This is something I remember from the early 1980's, pretty wild for the time. A plastic engine based off of the Ford 2.3 Lima!

Bet the reason why is because it's a coaster, just like a soap box derby car. No way it would get it's mass rolling from dead stop, probably a couple guys behind the thing in the shop hidden behind that gave it a shove and then the video cuts to a different shot. Notice it's on a downhill grade on the street and barely overcoming the rolling resistence of it own mass, them tire's are probably hard as solid rubber for that reason too. The front two air tanks I am sure are fake and the gas/electric compressor in the trunk box supplies the regulated low pressure air to spin the engine to complete the illusion. That 1/2 inch red air hose popping up from the compressor box don't help either. That engine,(air driven device) looks cool as hell though.
