Hey everyone, I am relatively new to this forum but I have been selling front and transfer case skidplates on other forums and Ebay for a couple years now and wanted to offer them to you all as well!

These plates are all fully CNC plasma cut and brake bent out of 3/16" steel so they are superior in strength to anything else on the market for rangers. They are a complete bolt on mod and include all mounting hardware and instructions + they can be purchased bare or powdercoated. Prices are $135 (+25 for powdercoat)

Thanks and feel free to PM me with any more questions or if you'd like to purchase one.
Also you can go to my website @ www.RCImetalworks.com

That looks pretty good. I have always wondered why I can never find some kind of skid plate or protection for a ttb front end. If you make something that would work on my 91 I would be in.

How do these mount?

Mounts the exact same as factory skid plates, through the two holes on on either side of the frame just behind the radiator. (on many trucks there is a cheap plastic radiator guard bolted on through these holes as well)

looks like a good deal... 3/16" what's that in gauge?

somewere around 8 or 6 guage.

a friend here in the ontario ranger club has one on his truck. i can say they are very well made, and im actually considering one this spring.

they are 2-3x as strong as a stock one.

i would hope! the stock one is TERRIBLE! lol, though i suppose it HAS protected my truck in a few situations... you can tell it's been used though... i might post a few pics in this thread, if the OP wants me to... i forget the stock thickness

Thanks for the links there, just set up a vendor account.

Awesome! Glad to have you aboard!

I went to the website and the price was $265.00 what’s up lol big difference between $135.00 +25 for powder coat am I missing something?

The post you are quoting is from 2012. Prices have gone up in 8 years due to the increased cost of everything else going up in that time.

I didn’t see the date. Next time I’ll look at the date before opening my mouth lol
