I can't seem to figure out this whine I'm having. It does it while at idle most of the time, if for some reason it's not whining I rev the motor a few times at it will start again. It whines while reving it up also.

I've taken the belt off and started it up and it still does it. I have also replaced the IAC valve also. still does it. It's rpm dependent so I was thinking it was a pulley but taking the belt off eliminated any of those.

Anyone got an idea?
