3.0L 1991 Ranger.... lifters with rollers have a certain way of sitting in the block per manual.... from what I can tell, someone may have done some cam work to this engine I'm using to replace a hydrolocked one I had... wondering if the roller bearing lifters were possibly just put in every which way because the weep hole? in the lifters are facing the outside of the block on some and towards the inside of the block on others? I would guess it wouldn't cause any major issues if they are facing the wrong way but if possibly they were put in wrong prior, I'd like to put them in RIGHT? or should I just leave them the way they are since I know the engine works????

As long as you align them with the dog bone & get it installed so they will not rotate you are fine, Weep hole does not matter.
