Which transfer case and which two driveshafts?

Transmission
Automatic
I am working on an 86 BII 4WD that used to be someone else's project. I have reinstalled the original manual transmission. The previous owner was trying to swap it for an automatic. So now I have two transfer cases and two sets of driveshafts. The transfer cases look identical except the lever that links to the shifter is shorter on one of them. The two front driveshafts look alike but are different lengths. Same with the two for the rear.

How do I match up the right combination?

If it's the original FM145 stick trans, you want the short front, and long rear driveshafts (also, I think the T-case with the shorter lever arm too).
