I did the store bought 'leveling kit' thing with the keys, i know big mistake, but anyway i'm thinking of longer and new shocks, I also did an add a leaf in the back as well...which shocks should i use? is there any that are just an inch longer then stock?

Nobody actually advertises shocks that are longer than stock for the front, just factory replacements. The rear is not a problem.

Also, you dont want a shock thats too long as it is the only stop from overextending your cv shafts and balljoints.

With that said, I can tell you that the bilsteins I threw on the sport trac were slightly longer than the factory shocks I took off. And I also threw in a spacer on top of the stud to space the shock down almost an inch to help regain alittle down travel after the torsion crank. Works great...

If you actually have a Level II, you should already have the best shocks you can get...bilsteins.

Just as said above, you'll wanna keep your stock shocks up front as they act as a limiter of downtravel and saves those CV's that already hate you for running those torsion keys.

Also....if you do end up getting taller shocks(which don't exist in bolt-on form), you'll wanna run limit straps...again for keeping those CV's from binding on downtravel.

Rear....I'd just leave stockers in there since you've got good Bilstein Heavy Duty's on the truck now being that it's a LII. You went up less than 2" with the AAL and rule of thumb is 2" up/2" down = stock shocks.
