West Virginia all the way man. Property tax aint that bad, population aint that dense, and if you live in the right areas with some luck the winters arent too bad. Oh, and here they give out licenses to do inspections to some of the dumbest people you'll ever meat. My Dad had a 64 ford and when he took it to get it inspected before he sold it last year we pulled in and heres what happened: Guy: brakes and lights work? dad:yep. Guy:Horn Work? dad:yeah. guy: how bout the tires. Dad: they're ok. Guy: any Rust? Dad: none to speak of. Guy: okey dokey. Then he yells for sommebody named bill and he comes out and puts a 3/2010 sticker on the ford! we payed and left. Think its like 11 bucks if i remember right.

I see bluegill, a crappie and maybe a few small cat fish? I'll have to post pics of my stringers of crappie from east TN.

And a few Bass.
My Wife and Stepson love to fish.I have 30 pounds of Crappie in the freezer left over from last year.
The dock is a friends..........about 200 yards from the back yard.
