Neither of your links work for me. There is a machining company in Chilliwack, BC that will custom make you wheel adapters. Cost ~ C$50.00 each.

i wouldn't recommend adapters... not as strong as wheels to hubs... plus its harder on suspension components...

i think i fixed the links. do they have a website?

RBV=really bad vermin, I think you can convert your front hubs to 5x5 by doing a d35/d44 hybrid, and you can buy new axle shafts with 5x5. Wheel adapters aren't a good thing, and you can mod your truck cheaply and easily.

Sent from the road while ignoring traffic

RBV = ranger based vehicle = ranger, bronco II, explorer, some mazda trucks.
RBV's are not hub centric meaning the wheels are centered using the studs, not the center hole.
Like anything else, when you start modifying from stock, there are pros and cons. Do some research. My take is that people have problems with adapters because they don't follow directions; torquing properly. You have to inspect the bearings more often. meh, no big deal.
