Does anyone know where i can buy 2002 ranger tail gate liner bolts ?

Isn't that what locktite red id for - fixing bolts that want to escape?

For me they didn't rattle loose, the plastic liner expands/contracts differently than the aluminum tailgate and wants to buckle if you cinch it too tight. They also have the screw holes at the bottom of the ribs in the tailgate so there is like a 3/8" air gap between the gate and the liner where the screws are.

That is why Ford used shoulder bolts.

These are supposed to lock in place and not let loose unless you puposefully do so.

Maybe take yours to nut and bolt shop and tell them you want some that are so and so shorter. They will give ones that also have that smooth area under the head.

There is your bolt info, gary. That way tou know what everything means on the bolt head so you can ask specifically for something
