where to buy factory paint

Another way to look it up is to look through all the colors that were available. Thats how i determined mine. Plus i have the original invoice of when the b2 was purchased in 89

Are you sure this rig didn't have three colors on it?? 8Z, 63 and 22.

The code for 8z is sandal wood and 63 is light sandal wood but what doesn't make any sense to me is 22 is a red and there is not a hint of red anywhere on there.

As for getting the paint I will be looking at that website and go from there thank you for the help.


If any one knows why there is a code for a red on there feel free to let me know.

8Z and 63 are your color codes. 22 is a DSO code.

In most Fords the DSO (District Special Order) will be a 2 digit code showing the District for the dealer ship the car is being sent to. In the case of your BII that would be Charlotte, NC. On Special Order vehicles it'll be a 6 digit code with the first two being the same district code, the following 4 are the special order number.
