Where to buy clutch master/slave hose for 2.0L?

Hi all,
I'm a relatively new owner of a 1983 Ford Ranger 2.0L 4-speed. The clutch master clyinder recently died so I had both it and the slave replaced, however, the hard plastic hose that runs between the master and slave still leaks at one end.
Any idea where I can order a replacement? One place I called, LMC Truck, carries hoses for '85 and up but not for '83.
I've attached a picture of the three old components.

Rockauto.com lists that they carry both of those parts.
Pretty cheap too!
