I see three relays on the passengers side fender in the engine compartment, ones down on the inner fender and two mounted up where you can get to them.

Which one is the fuel relay?

My dad "wiggled around" in that area and got his fuel pump going, but now we can't seem to get the fuel pump to work, perhaps a bad relay? Need help.

its the one of the two that is green. black is the PCM.

the fuel relay has the yellow/black stripe wire from fuse 1 in the power dis box and a inertia switch on the passenger floor panel under the carpet are you sure it is the relay.

Its also green
