Where do you get the "weird" vacuum hoses?

The more unique ones - like say there's one hose that goes on the charcoal can, and one end is larger than the other. Or there's one that goes on the intake, that is very thin, red, and has a plastic sheath all around it.

Where do you go when trying to replace ones that aren't just a simple length of tubing?

I turn them into a simple length of tubing.

Autozone sells the plastic tubing in rolls, but they only get to about a foot or so, not long enough for some things.

Ones like the evap canister that has two sizes I get the sizes of hose I need and use a two-sized barb in the middle.

If you get lucky you can find some at the bone yard otherwise you just add lib.

If your colored plastic vacuum lines need to be replaced you can replace them with colored vacuum hose sold on ebay.
For the EVAP hose rubber elbows you can get new ones in the HELP section of an auto parts store like O'reilly. Or you can use plastic vacuum hose fitting that go from a smaller to larger hose size, then you can use rubber hose in the two different sizes that you need.
here's a sample of the hose you can get on ebay http://www.ebay.com/itm/Silicone-Va..._Merchandise&var=&hash=item3cd03b8244&vxp=mtr

Only question - where would you go looking for a two-sized barb that fit? Some place like Home Depot, or?

Aside from that got it, thanks all! So two sizes & a barb - or for the skinny colored ones - ebay, & just re-use the sheaths.

I've found all the vacuum lines listed on the header panel diagram, and seemingly all the "weird" ones are fine, but I wanted to know in advance how the heck people took care of those.

The barb should be in the help section at any parts store. They'll probably make you buy a pack with like six different ones in it to get the one you need though..
