Where did all the common sense go

speed ****ing kills, in 2005 there were 5 people from my high school killed in car crashes in less than 3 months. two of my best friends were killed due to speed. i think about them everyday and i thank the lord that he let me survive when i totaled my car in October of last year. i put my seat belt on 10 min b4 i totaled my car and i wasnt even speeding. i just with all these people would slow the **** down on the highways and just be more cautious and less of a rush.

Stupid kills.

Sorry. I meant, the justice system is soo far off kilter. The judge let's my daughter live with a convicted child molester "because he hasn't done it in a long time". People murder and rape, then these wackos, and lawyers say that they should get executed because there is something wrong with them, like they are "handicapped" mentally, that's why they did what they did (be it rape or murder or whatever). On the other hand the people that don't want the death snetence carried out won't let these people live with them or by them, because they are criminals..... maybe my mind and fingers cooperated this time....

He'll get a slap on the wrist. 6 months later he'll do it again. So there's still a chance AllanD!

no chance , 3 DWI's in the course of a month , and passing a cop doing 87 in a 55 , all that adds up quick , they are gonna try him for all 3 at once , plus the other charges , he is going away for a while

2 dwi's in 2 weeks. Why did he still have his keys?

he got the second one a few days after his first court apperance for his first , he had yet to be tried for either of them , gotta love the legal system , until you get tried for them , they are just court dates , no affet on your ability to drive

the sad part is , his court apperance for the first DWI was his 21st birthday

a kid i go to college with , well , went to college with , apperantly has no common sense. He is 19 years old , in college , and is a firefighter. about a month ago he got 2 DWI's in 2 weeks. Well today he put the final nail in his coffin. He got Drunk during class , then at the end of the day he went to take off , and the teacher tried to stop him , but to no avail. He took off in his 96 F-250HD , its got a 7.3 Powerstroke , beautiful truck , or , was a beautiful truck. He took off for a drive and went down a road that was a detour for a main route last year. Well needless to say a State Trooper clocked him at over 100 MPH goin into a set of 35 MPH S-curves. Needless to say he rolled her. As far as i know he survived , I have pics i will upload tomorrow.

Just Remember , Think everytime you get behind the wheel , he was lucky he didnt kill anyone , one day , that luck may run out for anyone.

How could be 19 years old and a firefighter? To be a fireman around here you must have a commercial driver's license and in most states you must be at least 23 years old to even qualify to get one.

What a waste of a truck. Sad thing is, the truck weights like over 6,000lbs. So thank goodness he did not hit anyone or he would have killed them.

People like that are a waste of human parts.

im a fireman and iv been one since the day i turned 18. my state allows me to drive anything over 26,000lb with my class d licence long as its a dept rig. the state assumes the Fire Dept to provide or ensure the member is properly capable of operationing the trucks. but thats just minnesota laws and such.

made a mistake , i figured since he graduated the same year as me , that he was my age , but he actually just turned 21 , and i have been in the department since i was 15

????????? you have to be 18 to get an intrastate CDL..... 21 to get an interstate CDL.

well it turns out this will be his 4th DWI , the first one i mentioned , when he had to go to court on his birthday , was in september , but because of discrepensies in the paperwork it got dropped , so this is technically his fourth , but only the third he will actually be charged with

That's like a kid I know. He's eighteen brags about going sometimes 50+ the speed limit in populated and busy neighborhoods, "drifts" as he calls it, and puts almost everyone at risk around him when he drives. He gets away with it all though. His grandfather works for the police, so he gets it all fixed. Rode with him once, almost put us in a BIG ditch. R-tards like this need to have their license taken away permanently.

There is a very good reason that I don't ever touch drugs, alcohol, tobacco, stupid people, and s-curves. That story there is a big part of it.

its guys liek the 100+ driver that give liquor and drugs bad rep,

i think responsibility commitited suicide a while back after hearing about the tradgic death of common sence.

, thats gotta be the cause for things like this, my x girlfriend had a similar experence, she got shithoused and drove to get smokes and hit a parked car doing 40+ on a side street. she ditched the car and hid for a few days and by the end of the court date she got leaving the scene which was knocked down to a 2pt ticket in court. shes already back driving drunk again with no sence of concequence.
they need to make the driving test more comprehensive i think ahhah

well i found out today he is out of the hospital , his dad drove him back down here , and he is back in class:shok: :shok: :shok: , he is already talking about how he is gonna rebuild the truck and whatnot , i do not understand how he was allowed back
