He didn't make it he bought the truck with it already on and he pulled it off and sold it shortly after he started wheeling it. I believe he still has the truck but there isn't much left of it. I think he's into toyotas now.

It's ok I have searched round and found that the easiest and cheapest way to go is buying one for a full sized chevy and cutting it down to fit.
