Where can I find this grill?

I've been looking all over for one, but I can only find the one I have. Does anyone have a link to where I can get one of these? And in yellow? I think it will fit my 2007. I know ford parts has it, but I was hoping to find it cheaper, because, its about $400 from them...

That grill was optional on some Sport models(as pictured), and standard on the STX.

Yeah, well, on Ford Parts, just for the grille, with no emblem, is $390, but it comes painted to match.
