When to buy new wipers?

Years ago I used to by a new winter blade ,put on dr side put old blads on pass side, I don't look out that side. Now I just buy new winter blades every fall , well worth it here in Mich.

Your supposed to replace wiper blades every year or atleast thats what I have been told.

Although with Rain-X (if you did it properly) you shouldn't even have to turn on your wipers in the first place. I have never had to turn my wipers on if I rain-Xed my window.

Have ya ever tried the rain-x stuff for the inside to keep the fog off??

Nope, Rain-X just acts like a wax and fills in imperfections in the glass so that it won't get stuck, the fog will still be on the inside but will bead up worse and take ALOT longer to come off with defrost.

I don't turn on my wipers in light-moderate rain. I just turn them on in heavy rain. The Rain-X does work.

Guess maybe I stated that wrong, Rain-X makes something different for the inside to keep the windshield from fogging up.

I didn't mean to use the outside stuff inside....:icon_twisted:

Ohhh... yeah I didn't know they made anything like that. Whats it called? That would be extremely useful if it works good!
