My credo
A legend to the old man, a hero to the child...
I dont have a picture but yesterday i was down around toledo cruisin along in the semi and had a car pass me (believe it was a early 10's civic) and it was all riced out...

But what caught my eye was the fact all 4 tires were cambered way out. Like it had busted ball joints on all 4 corners.

Ive seen pictures of cars (compacts) at shows and things like this but always figured they were bagged or something to return to normal while driving.

How in the hell do they drive basically on the inner sidewall? Or was this guy just an idiot?

I use to see that all the time closer to Chicago. It's a tuner/drift car thing.

They also love their turbo pop off valves... probably too much.

They surely wear out tires like a mo fo...

I remember seeing that so it must be 10 years old.

The took the slot car look and made it dumb.

I didnt hear a turbo on this one....just the standard obnoxious fart can.

Ive seen it before like i said online and stuff, but they were all parked. It has to handle like shit

Use to see it all the time around Philly. They camber the wheels out like that so they can lower the body more and wheels tuck in.

they also run way undersized/ narrow tires on stock size wheels for the same reason.

I see it a lot out here in the Seattle area but not as often as I used to.

I've seen a few of those around the last few years and thought the same. I just saw one broken down on the side of the road a week or so ago. They also seem to always have tires stretched over rims that are too wide. I've also been seeing that on lifted trucks. To me it makes the wheels look like skateboard wheels. To each their own I guess.

we keep one around as an example of what not to do. :icon_rofl:

what part of town were you in Rusty?
I was on 475 N just before the stupid construction starts.

So not "technically" toledo...but the general toledo area lol

Just plain ignint. 🤔

used to be all the low rider street racers were that way here. i only see it now very rarely anymore

I’m jealous of the rock you live under.

Cool kids call it “stanced” I don’t know how using 1/4 of the tread is “cool”

Some of the “builders” get downright scary with modifying suspension and steering to make it stance just right.

one day I’m gonna take all but the main leaf out of my ranger and put air shocks up front. Then I’ll be a cool kid with a squatted and stanced truck. Except I’ll have the opposite camber going on.
