Wheels question

I will ask this question here, although the site doesn't seem to be real active.
I was given a set of wheels taken from a Kia Sedona. The wheels fit, but the center hole is larger than the hub on my ranger. I bolted them up fine and they seem to be okay. My question is whether or not I should be concerned about them. I tightened the tapered lugs in sequence (star pattern) and there is no wobble or shimmy when driving.
I have seen discussions about wheel-centric vs lug-centric and I just want to know if I am taking an unnecessary risk.

Nope. If there are tapered lug nuts, then they center the wheel. Although it is preferred to have the same size bore as the hub. Sometimes you can get vibration if the wheel is not perfectly centered by the lugs. Some people say it is too much stress o. The lugs, but that is nonsense because the wheel is held in place by friction, not the lugs (in the up and down direction).

Additionally, most aftermarket wheels have larger bores, too.

Thank you for your reply Patrick.
It gives me a bit of peace of mind
