wheels for extended radius arms

how much back spacing do you guys run?

its a 1994, ttb, extended radius arms, i reused the stock radius arm crossmember, so my arms are inboard from the frame a little bit.

with 33x12.50, on a 10 inch wide 15 inch rim with i believe 3.75 back spacing i barely rubbed on my arms, after extending them.

im buying 37s and 17inch rims, i was thinking about 4.00" and maybe wheel spacers if that wasnt enough.

whats everyones experience.

I run 15x8, 3.75" backspace wheels w/35x12.50R15. At full steering lock they do rub the radius arms slightly (not enough to significantly impact turning radius though).

Radius arm designs do vary though, so what doesn't rub on one vehicle could rub significantly on another.

This is pretty much how it is now. Ill probably order some rims in a 4 inch back spacing then, or maybe try some wheel spacers. Altho ive heard bad things about those. Could be user error? I do tear the front end apart quite often to check bolts.
