haha went wheeling last weekend with some buddies from school. both had jeeps, and one was lifted and the whole nine yards. needless to say, i kept up and look whos stuck? he started thinking with his balls, when i dared him he couldnt make it up the hill haha. well he made it up the hill, and immediately started sliding/sinking. four hours later, and the most digging ive ever done in my life, along with four tow straps and a come along, we had him out. me and one kid were late to a school dance, and the one whos jeep was stuck was late to work by 2 hours. in order to get down to this huge sand pit, we first has to take a real tight trail which was actually realyl cool, had a small brook and everything. but i led the whole trail, and didnt get stuck. score one for the ranger lol. i get bashed pretty heave about my ranger at school, between the jeep guys, and the rich kids driivng beamers. but she came through for me. heres some pics, enjoy and le tme kno what you guys think, nothing hardcore lol :derisive::taunt:

I hate sand! But now that I live in Michigan I get to do 90% of my wheeling in it. I also hate doing recoveries in sand, if you dont have a winch, the only way to do it without screwing two vehicles is to snatch the stuck one out. I just dont like it.

Looks like you had an awesome time! And I love seeing a stuck Heep!

Rangers once again huh no suprise. I get bashed alot at school too bout my truck but so far its pulled through everything they have thrown at me and im serious everything.

i can see why he got stuck, he has the same tires i currently have, worst tires i've ever owned in my life. if you leave pavement, bfg ats are not your friend.

I have 33 12.50 bfg's and i love them. The narrower ones like the jeep has they dig down too much, wider ones float on top of the sand!!

Yeah I am loosing faith in my BFGs aswell. 32/11.5/15. Dont clean for shit. The second they see water of any kind, they start caking up and wont clean till they are spinning 40mph.

The best tires for sand are actually wide BALD tires. That way they dont dig and just kind of float and pull themselves along the surface.

mine are 33x12.5 also, but i've never been on sand with them, so i can only say they pale in comparison to generic M/T's in: moist dirt, mud, rock, deep snow.

lol, well my a/t did okay, im surprised he got stuck because hes the smart one, im usuaslly the one who does stupid shit lol
