Thumper113, myself and 2 other members of the RMFTC(RockyMountainFORDTruckClub) went out for our annual Chinamans Loop campout/wheeling trip last weekend. Weather was great and the wheeling was better. Heres some pics.......

Yup, the Explorer made it through without missing a beat. He has a mild lift, 35's & a rear locker. This was his first time running this trail & he did real good.

Here's some more pics.............

He fixed one heckuva breakfast for us all, homemade breakfast burritos with homemade pork green chili..........YUMMY!!!

Thanks.

The copper Ranger has the Duff winch bumper. The white Ranger has a custom winch bumper made by Jesse's Motorsport & Fab. Both are strong & very functional.

This was the first run with the 347 in my Ranger. I had more power than I knew what to do with. The BOGGERs weren't sticking that well to some obstacles(I was aired down to 13psi, but maybe should have went to 10). Thumper had me back out of this obstacle

and try a different line(this was the 2nd line here, on my first try I would catch the top step with the fronts and the bottom with my rears, they would almost grab and then I would slide sideways). I was rodding the 347 a little(O.K. maybe more than a little) bit and he was nervous I might snap the 35.
Still was fun and the 347 is fantastic.......

wow I keep trying to get my to tranfer up to the springs and If she would I could transfer to Auora r/m fire dept. then I could have been up with you guess. but no I have to stay in 110degree days. great pics and trucks these are three of my favorite rangers.

man I love threads of you guys' wheelin trips. every one makes me more and more jealous lol. beautiful country and excellent trails. keep havin fun guys!

It can't get any better than that ! I've never been that far west but hope to in the next couple of years. I love the trucks, especially the copper Ranger.

i like the wide stance of your rig bloodbane, and the passle of cute wheelin girls:icon_thumby:.

do you run 10" wheels?

now that you have the 347 you should get a couple used 33" drag slicks and see what your 1/4 mile time is now:3gears:.probably embarass a few guys while you're at it.

Yeah I use a 10" street-lock rim. Now that the 347 is in and working good, the guy in the blue Ranger(DIGGER) will help me design my SAS. His is done and it works great.

Great pics, as always! :icon_thumby:
