My front right tire is kicked out at the top almost past the fender well. what would cause that?

Most likely a shot ball joint, or wheel bearings are trashed or so loose they've come out of the hub. Have you lifted it up and checked for play in it yet? Possible the alignment cam has come out if the bolt has worked off or something. Any noise in the front?

i replaced the bearings in the front and there is no noise. it is just shaking every now and then

Huh? Not the bearings... that was my first thought, but if it was bearings it'd probably be worse and make a lot of noise right?

What does the other side look like?

is anything under the truck bent?

I'm stumped. lol

Staring at that picture more, it looks like the problem is right on the otherside side of the hub..... that's kinda confusing. lol

Could you take the wheel and everything off and take a picture of the hub itself?

yeah, Did you change the bearings yourself? Bearings are a B***H if you don't do it with the right tools and patience. (I learned to change bearings a F**king HONDA! ugh)

I wonder if (excuse my lack of parts names) right on the otherside of that hub there would be something wrong... I can picture it in my head but I forget what any of it is called. Sh*t if I was there I could probably figure it out in snap dude. lol

My 95 is doing a similar thing. It ain't making noise or driving funny and everything seems to be straight and tight. I think I'm just going to have my old instructor at the local tech college check the alignment for me. I think it's just out of alignment.

Did you check the ball joints? Lifted it up to check for play since you replaced the bearings? Was it like that before you did the bearings? Not trying to knock your skills just making sure you've rechecked everything since then especially if it has a wobble still. Like I said ball joints could be shot, alignment bushing could have somehow spun itself around or something like that. Did you double check the bearings the parts house gave you? Parts guys aren't always the brightest. Most are but some are sorta..... yeah. It would have to be ball joints out, if you bent the beam the top of the tire would be in unless you dropped the truck on something HARD. If say your ds spring was fully compressed it could do that or if somehow the ps shock was siezed in the full upright position it may look like that but you'd KNOW if it was any of that stuff. Bringing us back to balljoints and bearings.. At least that's all I can think of right now.

Bearings are a sinch on these generation trucks. Make sure to replace the grease seal if it gets messed up removing the rotor/hub assembly. The camber problem looks directly linked with bad balljoints. I would definitely jack the truck up and check them.
